Nice position. I was at first considering 1.fxe5 but it won't work. The idea with Rf3-h3 is fairly clear here (I play Ruy Lopez and these manouveres are quite typical).
1.Rf3!
a.) 1...hxg5?? 2.fxg5 and black can't prevent Rh3 and Qh8#.
b.) 1...exf5 2.exf5 and black still can't take the knight and white can keep bringing more pieces to the attack (b4 wrecks the dark-squared pawn chain and frees the bishop on b2, Raf1 is logical follow-up). I see no counterplay for black here.
c.) 1...Be7 might be the best try, white would need to chop the center trying to free bishop on b2, maybe bring another rook into action. The active rook on g3 or h3 is sure to give white an advantage in this variation as well.
