3 problems in 5 days = 219 problems per year => 400 ratingpoints per year = 1.83 point per problem. That's what one problem has to provide you to keep on track:)
If it takes 7 circles of 1000 problems to achieve a 400 pt increase (and this, we've seen from our own experiences, is unlikely if other parts of chess study are ignored), then at 1 problem per day, you should complete your circles in 7,000 days or just over 19 years. Hmmm...you might want to add a few problems to your daily diet!
